The check-in process was fast, and the room had a nice jetted whirlpool tub, which was a great addition.

Close to the airport was very convenience for us. Everything was great at this Hotel. I will stay here again and recommended to other people.

The price was excellent and close to the airport.

The breakfast here offers delicious waffles and fresh fruit, with many options to choose from.

Room was clean, breakfast was v ery good. Pool was OK.

The only problem that I had was the room would not cool down. At one point in the middle of the night, it was cooler outside than inside. When I mentioned it at checkout, the front desk clerk stated "well, it's hot outside"......?????

The staff here is very nice and friendly, always with a great attitude towards guests.

The rooms are comfortable, quiet, clean and convenient for a layover between flights or business at the airport. Good facilities and shuttle service to airport or nearby dining and shopping.

Shuttle service at airport needs to be more specific in pick-up location. Get written confirmation to any variation in the booking. I extended stay for 8 hours and was quoted 3 different rates right up to check out. Reception/Housekeeping phoned twice to find out when I was checking out even though the Do Not Disturb sign was on and extension had been arranged on a previous stay and confirmed at check-in. All amicably settled and would stay there again.

Friendly staff and the breakfast here is pretty good - they've got waffles and fresh fruit 🥞🍓.

The staff were very helpful and did all they could to make my stay enjoyable. There were a few mix ups which were immediately corrected and would recommend this hotel in a layover situation.

The shuttle was unavoidably delayed so was left waiting for over an hour after being told it would only be 10 mins. They had my cell phone number and should have advised me of delay so I could have waited inside out of the extreme heat.

The hotel's breakfast was satisfactory with waffles and fresh fruit to satisfy any taste. The pool area was nice. The location was marvelous, near the shuttle service to the airport, making it a great place to stay the night before or after a long

The rooms have a single bed and a very clean bathroom, plus a great location next to restaurants and shopping places, with a convenient airport shuttle to Dallas at 10 am.

The staff was incredible - went out of their way to make sure we got what we needed including extra transportation to a local restaurant

There were some noise issues with extra guests due to local football games but nothing about the staff or facilities

Unfortunately, there were no redeeming factors during our stay at this hotel. The only positive aspect was the friendly and punctual shuttle driver we encountered the next morning. Other than that, the experience was completely disappointing. 

The hotel is quiet and great. It's located near shopping places. Free 24-hour airport shuttle available. Impeccable and neat room. Good-sized television, microwave, and a single bed provided.
